Mahhi Vij expressed pure joy about returning to television after a long gap. “Today is day one, and I’m so excited to shoot on set again. My happiness is that my loved ones are with me. I just want to thank God that I have everything I wished for. When I asked for work, I got it,” she shared. Despite doing well on social media, Mahhi missed the magic of being on set. “I wanted to go out, shoot, and feel that energy again,” she said.

I’ll have a dream and then fall!” She added that she wanted to get a sofa cum bed so she could rest comfortably between scenes. Mahhi fondly shared a sweet gesture from her husband, Jay Bhanushali, who recently visited Japan with their daughters, Tara and Khushi. Showing off a luxury brand lipstick, she said, “Jay got me this from Japan! I had shared the shade number with him, and he remembered.” The thoughtful gift left Mahhi smiling. Mahhi admitted she initially hesitated to accept the role of a mother to a grown-up child. “When I got the offer, I said no. I wasn’t ready. I’ve maintained myself so much; it didn’t feel right at first,” she said candidly. However, she later embraced the challenge, realizing that acting is about versatility. “Now that I’ve said yes, I’m giving it my all. I can play any role — a mother, a girl, anything. I’m an all-rounder,” Mahhi added confidently.

Opening up honestly, Mahhi revealed, “People say they don’t get good scripts, but I’ll be true — I didn’t get work. I was earning well from Instagram, but I really wanted to act.” She shared that she took it as a sign from the universe. “I kept seeing angel numbers and realized I shouldn’t refuse any opportunity that comes my way. I’m an actress, and whatever role I play, I’ll do it so well that people will remember me — just like Nakusha,” she said proudly.
