They are always in the limelight following some shocking revelations or making statements and drawing a lot of attention from their fans and followers. Bigg Boss 14 premiered on October 3. The show brought three ex-contestants, Hina Khan Sidharth Shukla and Gauahar Khan as ‘Toofani Seniors’ who will stay in the Bigg Boss house for 14 days and set rules. The seniors even selected and rejected contestants to enter the house. The show began with a big bang and host Salman Khan welcomed all the contestants on the stage with their unique performances and then sent them inside. Actress Sana Khan, who rose to fame from Bigg Boss 6, has quit the entertainment industry. She took to her social media to make an announcement regarding the same. She declared that she is quitting the show business in order to serve humanity. The actress, who has featured in reality shows and has been a part of Bollywood films too, wrote a note in Hindi and English and shared it on her social media. She made a post with a caption that said, "My happiest moment. May Allah help me and guide me in this journey." Furthermore, she announced on Instagram saying, "I declare that from today onwards, I have resolved to say goodbye to my showbiz lifestyle forever and serve humanity and follow the orders of my Creator. All brothers and sisters are requested to pray for me to Allah to accept my repentance and grant me the true ability to live in accordance with my determination of spending my life following the commandments of my Creator and in the service of humanity, and grant me perseverance in to.” (Photo: Instagram)

An act featuring Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek, who hosted ‘Raddi News’ did not go well with Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans. The act consisted of a news channel, with Kiku copying a journalist, that covers SSR and Bollywood drug nexus news. Even Kapil Sharma joined in between the act. The Kapil Sharma Show hosted the cast of Mahabharat in one of the post lockdown episodes. All the major actors were present in the episode except Mukesh Khanna who played Bhishma Pitamah. This led to many speculations and Mukesh Khanna cleared the rumors saying that he was invited but refused to go on the show. He stated that he finds the show ‘vulgar’. TV actress Niti Taylor tied the knot with fiance Parikshit Bawa on August 13, in an intimate wedding ceremony. On October 6 Niti shared pictures and videos from the close ceremonies on her Instagram handle, in a series of posts. The pictures started doing the rounds and caught everyone’s attention on the internet. Niti looked amazingly pretty in a baby pink coloured lehenga. Talking about the wedding Niti told BT: "We had a ceremony at a gurudwara in Gurgaon, which was attended only by our parents and immediate family. The decision to tie the knot on August 13 was taken on August 6, which gave me just a week to prepare for my big day. We had our extended families and friends participate in the do, virtually." There is a buzz that singer and reality show Indian Idol’s judge Neha Kakkar will soon tie the knot with Rohanpreet Singh, who was the first runner up in India’s Rising Star 2. Recently a picture of both of them surfaced on the internet and got her fans’ attention. The picture is rumoured to be from their Roka ceremony, both can be seen holding hands posing along with Rohanoreet’s parents.. With the picture, news broke out that Neha and Rohanpreet are planning to get married by the end of this month. Neha made a post on her Instagram with a caption, ‘You’re Mine’ and made it official, leading to being congratulated by friends and fans. In a recent interview, Bigg Boss 14 contestant Pavitra Punia addressed ex-boyfriend Paras Chhabra as the biggest 'mistake' of her life. In a reaction to this Paras claimed that Pavitra had hidden her marriage from him while they were dating. He even said in an interview with ETimes TV, “Pavitra has rightly said that Paras was her mistake because a married woman can’t be dating and fooling me. It was alarming to know this when her husband messaged me and said you both could be with each other as much as you want but only after my divorce with her. I confronted her and she agreed, then I got to know one after other shocking revelations about her. I don't want to open my mouth right now. I could be explosive right now, but time will tell and it will show during her stint in BB. If I open my mouth things can go against her and it won't be good. She hid about her marriage from me."

Later on Paras’ close friend Mahira Sharma came out in his support and claimed that Pavitra was in two other relationships while she was dating Paras. She said, “I have always stood for what is right. I would have supported her as a friend still but she is taking the route of lies and deceit. I don't understand why these girls are after Paras to get fame? During Naagin 3, I knew she was married and at that time she was dating Paras and somebody else too. She was three timing and now she is blaming Paras for it, just because you are a women you can’t play the victim card. Stop blaming Paras for your shortcomings. I will confront her in Bigg Boss 14 if I get a chance. I need to bring the truth out. As a woman I understand Paras' integrity. Women can’t keep crying always. Actor-couple Kunal and Puja became proud parents of a baby boy on October 9. On the happy occasion Kunal said, "Puja and I are proud and extremely happy to share that we are parents of a lovely baby boy today. I was with Puja in the operation theatre, while she delivered our baby. Both Puja and the baby are doing fine and I am extremely thankful to God for his blessings." Actor Ssharad Malhtra, currently starring in ‘Naagin 5’ tested positive for coronavirus, and the news broke out on October 2. He had developed mild symptoms and is now home quarantined. He said, “They say if you stay positive, good things and people will be drawn to you. Well, I think I took this line, too seriously(smiles).Unfortunately, I have tested COVID-19 positive.
