Bigg Boss 18 House: A sneak peek into Salman Khan's show with a Turkish Hammam Bathroom, Prehistoric Jail, and Cave-Inspired Bedroom

This season, contestants on Bigg Boss 18 will enjoy a visual treat as the house has undergone an impressive makeover by designer Omung Kumar and his wife, Vanitha. The entire house is designed to resemble an ancient Indian cave, immersing contestants in the theme of 'Time Ka Tandav.' Each corner of the house radiates an ancient charm, capturing the luxurious feel of cave hotels found in earthy destinations. This design incorporates a unique Indian touch that reflects the heritage of Ajanta-Ellora. Here’s a look at this beautifully crafted cave haven, where the concept of time plays a significant role. Gossip in the Nooks, Grandeur in the Air: Living Room’s Ancient-Inspired Design

The living room features an unconventional design with multiple elevated floors, creating secret nooks and corners ideal for gossip sessions. A massive stone sculpture of a face, with cracks filled with gold leafing, serves as the centerpiece of this area, accompanied by a nearby seating arrangement that enhances the dining space's grandeur. The walls reflect the ancient splendor of the Ajanta and Ellora caves, decorated with hand-painted animals that add myth and mystery to the setting. In the center, a grand dining table with stone benches and mismatched seating evokes the feeling of a royal banquet. The mezzanine floor and varying levels give the living room a cave-like depth and modern elegance. The seating area, visible from the garden, is where 'Weekend Ka Vaar' will take place under delicate bell-shaped lamps, providing an intimate yet dramatic backdrop for host Salman Khan’s fiery grilling sessions. Kitchen politics gets a rustic touch

The kitchen is perfect for a prehistoric chef, featuring a rustic look with soft sandstone, grey, and dark grey colors that give it a simple feel. It looks like it came from a stone-age cookbook, with traditional items like terracotta pots and pans on display. Glowing rocks add a magical touch, and each utensil seems to have a story from the past. (Photo: Instagram)

Jail: A Cave of Contemplation

For those sent to this prehistoric jail, the punishment feels as old as the rocks it’s made from. Located right next to the kitchen, the jail resembles a hidden cave chamber meant for quiet reflection. Its rock walls create a secluded, calming space where time seems to slow down, making every second feel like a century. This cave-like jail serves as a reminder to contestants that while freedom is temporary, the lessons learned in solitude last forever. (Photo: Instagram)

A Cave of Secrets and Splendour: The suite bedroom of Bigg Boss

Entering this bedroom feels like stepping into the mouth of a cave, with stone-carved niches, ancient paintings, and fake windows showcasing imaginary scenery that give it a magical outdoor charm. The room is divided into different sections, each featuring its own unique bed, as if representing different time periods. A pathway runs through the center, leading to a sunken seating area where low ceilings and stalactite-like pillars create a timeless atmosphere. (Photo: Instagram)

From Trojan Horses to Tribal Sculptures: Inside the garden area

The garden area beautifully blends ancient Indian heritage with natural elements. It features a pathway lined with elegant pillars, connecting a lion-shaped water fountain to the entrance of the living space, which is topped by an intricate golden arch. One side of the garden is filled with lush greenery, while the other reflects prehistoric India. In the green area, a large Trojan horse stands guard over the bathroom, with its hollow belly revealing a small lounging spot, perfect for plotting or enjoying the house's unique vibe. There’s also a cozy nook at the horse's tail, inviting housemates to sit and plan their next move. (Photo: Instagram)

Jharokas and Banaras ghat feel

Nearby, a tree is decorated with several bird nests and coconut coir furniture. The other half of the garden resembles a prehistoric version of the Benares ghat, featuring rough stone jharokhas and a large relief sculpture of a tribal woman looking over the pool. This side also has a wall with an awning, tribal seating, and rustic furniture that seems to come from an ancient civilization. (Photo: Instagram)

Bathroom: A Hamam Splashing Through Time

Designed like a hammam and inspired by sea themes, the bathroom features a central seating area that surrounds an artificial fishpond, creating the atmosphere of ancient communal baths. Off-white arches resembling corals adorn the space, while an inverted wicker chandelier casts golden shadows. Dry grass decor adds a rustic touch. The walls have niches filled with a diverse collection of vases and artifacts, giving the area a seaside museum feel. (Photo: Instagram)
