I consulted a psychiatrist and I cried in front of her

I have gone through the toughest phase of my life, recently. I was mentally upset a lot after Bigg Boss 13. I had everything in life but yet something was missing and I would not enjoy anything. I would feel something is wrong and I would tell my team that I’m not enjoying life. Then I consulted a psychiatrist and I cried in front of her. I’ve been a very strong person since the beginning due to my family background. I’ve never faced a financial crisis but otherwise we have seen a lot of ups and downs. Because of those experiences, the troubled childhood phase has been difficult. I joined the industry when I was very young and was managing studies also together. I learnt everything while working on the business aspect. I realised over the years that no matter how strong you are, there is a phase in life when you get mentally tired. (Photo: Instagram)

Taking deeksha during her school days

During 8-9th grade I had taken Deeksha and was very spiritually connected and it was an amazing phase. I liked everything at that time but I did not understand religion and spirituality as I was very young. When I joined the showbiz industry, I somewhere got disconnected from spirituality because of the limelight. So, now I realise that this is what is missing. When the doctors could not help me, I again moved towards spiritually and it helped. It answered all my questions and I understand spirituality better now at 30. Now, I have the answers to how to deal with such things. (Photo: Instagram)

I was accused of things which I never did

I have been accused of so many things that I’ve never done. I don’t want to discuss the things because then there will be again discussion about me taking sympathy as I don’t have any proof. Whether it is my relationship, my entry in Bigg Boss or any other thing I don’t have any proof to prove my side. All the moments were edited and presented. They were sensationalised and presented. Things were edited out and presented and it changed the meaning of the entire topic. I was accused of things which I never did. (Photo: Instagram)

I'm not a person who seeks revenge on people

My feminine energy is so strong that I felt there is God above and he will speak for me. I'm not a person who seeks revenge on people or gets into an argument just to prove myself. I got angry when my parents were dragged into it. My mother has also struggled hard to make me reach where I’m today just like others. For a woman it is not very difficult to earn money. She can do it in just one night, but I wanted to make sure that I kept my parents' faith in me intact and never made them feel ashamed of me. I wanted to make them feel that whatever they have sacrificed has not gone to waste. If I can’t take a stand for them then what’s the point. I took a stand for them. (Photo: Instagram)

In Bigg Boss 13 I felt I was a misfit

In Bigg Boss I was least bothered because I can’t fight or yell at people. I like being busy in my own company. I felt I was an odd man out there, a misfit in the Bigg Boss. My aim was to wear good outfits, have fun and come back. (Photo: Instagram)

I have a severe level of PCOD

I faced a lot of health issues as I’ve been a child with low immunity. I have a severe level of PCOD and when I talked about it, I was trolled. There were girls, fake feminist who started commenting "oh she's talking about ovaries", PCOD. I pray to god nobody has to go through it but the fact is 90 percent of girls face this. Nobody openly talks about it and in fact many make fun of it. Unwanted hair, hair loss, mood swings, boils, pimples, you go through depression are some to the issues women who have PCOD they face. There were speculations about my relationship

I used to work, travel amidst all this. My brother is dependent on me and I’ve to look after him. There are 20 other things which I have to deal with. I was questioned for my relationships as I don’t keep posting things. There are speculations that she is dating him, oh no they have broken up. There are so many judgments. I was not ready for all these things. As I’ve led a very simple life in Punjab. I’ve improved a lot because of spirituality and could come out of this phase. (Photo: Instagram)

My entry was shown in Bigg Boss as a vamp

When I entered Bigg Boss so many people came later and told me, I looked like a vamp. I was very normal and got along with everyone. I was made fun of, I was mocked for my tone as I used to talk to everyone addressing them as Ji. They did not understand that I was respecting them. I should feel proud that my parents gave me such good upbringing to address them as ji and dear. (Photo: Instagram)

When I tried speaking up in front of Salman Khan, I was shut down, I stayed quiet as I respected the senior artist

When I was talking to Salman Khan and he was confronting me about a few things. It was shown in the show that I was trying to make people fight, my conversation with Rashami was presented in a way that it looked as if I was doing chugli. The moment I was trying to talk I was shut down by the host. I stayed silent not because I was a coward but because I was respecting the senior artist. My parents have taught me to respect when seniors are talking. I was giving respect but it was shown that the other person was right. They did not realise that just because they had power, they were destroying someone’s life. It’s not like I can’t fit but when you get into a fight you will also be targeted. When you are spiritually connected the first thing you notice in yourself is calmness. (Photo: Instagram)

Have never seen Big boss show but I have immediately se respect for Himanshi Khurana for being honest in what she went through and how she is able to manage her stress. Sorry that people are judged by their looks and stature and not by their good heart and behaviour. Himanshi looks like a person who brings cheer to the room still I'm amazed how much she had to go through. All the best for a great future
