South Films That Didn't Work Out
Reflecting on her brief stint in South Indian cinema, Jasmin admitted her Tamil debut did well, but her Telugu films didn’t click. The Casting Couch Incident That Shook Her
Jasmin revealed a disturbing incident where she was removed from a film after ignoring an inappropriate message from a South director. Despite having shot for 7–8 days, she was told she “couldn’t act.” She stood her ground, proving that self-respect matters more than compromising to stay in a project.
When She Overworked to Survive
Jasmin confessed that at times she overworked—not out of passion, but fear. She believed if she stopped, she'd be replaced. Working on multiple shows simultaneously, her body bore the brunt. “My body has overworked, but not my mind,” she said, highlighting the harsh reality behind maintaining visibility in the industry.
