The latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 17 starts with rollover contestant Sheetal Snigdha Moharana from Cuttack, Odisha. She is currently studying Plant Pathology. Host
Amitabh Bachchan welcomes her on the hot seat and quips that he was hearing the term ‘Plant Pathology’ for the first time, adding that ‘pathology’ usually reminds him only of blood tests. He also compliments her fringed hairstyle and calls her cute. He then playfully asks her about her love life and jokes that if someone sent her a bouquet of flowers, would she be able to tell whether the flowers were fresh or old.

Later in the episode, Amitabh Bachchan surprised Sheetal with a bouquet of flowers, making her blush. He then asked her to describe the flowers and identify any flaws. Instead, Sheetal ended up complimenting both Big B and the bouquet with equal admiration.
She says, "Sir aapne standard bahot high set kar diya hai, abhi sabko aapke wajah se problem hoga. Meri pehli bouquet aapse mile hain, toh standard itna high set hogaya hai. Usko paar karna mushkil hai."
Sheetal plays Super Sandook and she manages to answer 8 questions correctly. She wins Rs 80,000 and revives her 'Audience Poll' lifeline.
Further into the episode, Amitabh Bachchan informs the audience that Sheetal is trained in Odissi and asked her to demonstrate a few mudras. Sheetal then guided Big B through some hand movements, which he enthusiastically tried to learn. While practising one of the mudras, the megastar was reminded of a step from his iconic song Kajra Re.

Sheetal faces next question for Rs 25,00,000. In which language did Isaac Newton publish his landmark 1687 work 'Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy'? However, as she is not confident about the answer, she decides to quit the show. She makes a guess and selects Option B) French but it is the wrong answer. But the correct answer is Option C) Latin.
Sheetal takes home Rs 12,50,000.
