TV celebs are coming out to spread awareness and do their bit in the time of crisis. Requesting people, who have recovered from Covid-19 to donate plasma to helping the needy with basic necessities, celebs are using their platform to help the ones in need and also amplify it with their reach.

Nikki Tamboli to donate plasma

The Bigg Boss 14 celeb, who recently recovered from coronavirus has decided to extend a helping hand to others by donating her plasma at a hospital for the ones in need. She shared that she will be donating plasma to covid patients battling the virus in a government hospital. She also requested her fans to take care of themselves and follow discipline to fight COVID-19.

Shoaib Ibrahim feeding the daily wage workers for a month

Shoaib Ibrahim has decided to provide meals to nearly 200 daily wage workers per day for a month. This kind act of the actor has come in accordance to the ongoing pandemic wherein the daily wage earners suffer due to lack of work owing to the lockdowns. He shared on social media, “Maine ye plan kiya hai, ye socha hai ki Inshallah aaj se agle ek mahine main din a ek meal ek time ka khana 200 logo ko dunga.” He further talked about how he has planned to do his bit and lend his help to people howsoever he can. Shoaib further said that it would be great if any help from people who are stable and can help.

Debina Bonnerjee donating plasma

Debina Bonnerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary paid a visit to their local clinic and donated their plasma as both had recently recovered from Covid-19. Debina, took to her social media account to urge people, her followers and fans to come ahead and donate their plasma as it can help save lives of people that are currently battling from covid 19.

Gurmeet Choudhary opening hospitals

Inspired by Sonu Sood, Gurmeet Choudhary is making efforts to help people in dire need. The actor recently assembled a team and circulated a number on social media asking people to reach out to him for help. Apart from helping COVID patients in need of plasma, oxygen and more, he also announced to open 1000 bed hospitals in various cities. The actor took to social media to announce, “I have decided I will be opening ultra modern 1000 bed hospital in Patna and Lucknow for the common man. Followed by other cities. Need your blessings and Support. Jai Hind.”

Pavitra Rishta actor Mahesh Shetty urged all the celebrities and social media influencers to influence their fans and followers in the right direction, amidst the surge in COVID-19 cases in the country. The actor requested all to spread positivity around in these harsh times. Mahesh made a post in which he wrote, “Please spread positivity & applaud the humanitarian ones. This is the time for gratitude and taking care of the near and dear ones and ofcourse yourself. Urge people to wear a mask and keep distance. Trust me its humanitarian too… They aren’t just saving their lives but others too.”
