The makers normalized remarriage in the show by giving Anupamaa a powerful monologue on her decision to get married and netizens just couldn’t stop praising it. #RupaliGanguly was trending on Twitter when Anupamaa decided to stand up for herself and give it back to all those in the family, who were taking her for granted. Anupamaa says that she has always given everyone in their family and their needs top priority. But she tells them she is not wrong this time and they are all an embarrassment to her. She adds, 'Ab bahot hua samaan. Ab yah Daadi shaadi karegi.’

Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar's television show, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 recently got netizens talking over a condom scene. The scene shows Ram ordering for painkillers to heal Priya's headache. However, instead of painkillers, the delivery guy hands over a packet of condom in a brown paper bag and Priya sees it. Ram, unaware of medicine been exchanged for the c*ndom, tries to make Priya feel comfortable by dimming the lights, closing the window curtains, which adds to the confusion. The double-meaning exchange of words between Ram and Priya made netizens laugh out loud. A user wrote, “Had me in splits....omg goofup! Sara di aap Priya se baat kar hi lo is bare me..pakadne se kuchh nahi hota..hahahha.”

Recently, Nigerian creators made a parody of a scene from Ekta Kapoor’s Kumkum Bhagya featuring Sriti Jha (Pragya) and Shabir Ahluwalia (Abhi). The scene shows Pragya falling off the stairs while Raju (as named in the video) steps out for work. Aditi and Vikram Singh Chauhan's show Yeh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka was loved for the amazing chemistry between the lead characters. Set against a supernatural plot, the show started a meme fest when the female protagonist Roshni (a human with angelic powers) announces that she will marry the man who gets her a ‘chaand ka tukda’. Aman, her love interest, takes the line seriously and we see him using a rope to drag the moon down. When he doesn't succeed in it, he drives to space in his car to get a piece of the moon for his ladylove. The video left the audience in splits of laughter and they started a meme fest.

In one of sequences in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, netizens couldn’t help but notice that a romantic scene between Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod looked very much ‘lifted’/’inspired’ from Hollywood film Spiderman. In the scene, Abhimanyu makes a clever proposal to Akshara. He asks her to come at the sunset point. When she goes there, he is nowhere to be seen but he sends a message to her that he'd love her even after his death. This scares Akshara and she admits she loves him. It is then that Abhimanyu appears hanging upside down from a tree. The two of them smile looking at each other and she holds his head. Netizens shared the spiderman kiss scene alongside a screenshot from the promo. One joked, "Presenting to you all our 'Abhimanyu SPIDERMAN Birla'." Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is another show, which is much discussed on social media. In the talked about scene, Ayesha Singh aka Sai gets kidnapped by a few goons. Netizens took notice of Ayesha’s clothes – a red sharara. Fans wondered why the makers gave an 'uncomfortable' outfit to her as she had to run to save herself from the goons. One user tweeted, "Poor kid had to run and struggle in these outfits, thoda comfortable de dete toh kya jaata.”

The sindoor sequence in Thapki Pyar Ki 2 went viral for defying the laws of physics and motion. In the video, Thapki (lead actress Jigyasa Singh) is seen standing in front of the mirror after her shower, all set to apply the sacred 'sindoor' (vermilion) on her forehead. Her husband, Purab (Aakash Ahuja) slips on a few drops of water on the floor, flings his arms, and reaches directly to his wife. The sindoor gets applied on her forehead by Purab's hand.
