An alumna of IIT Madras and IIM Ahmedabad, Vineeta Singh undertook a summer internship at Deutsche Bank in 2006 during her MBA studies. Despite being offered a lucrative ₹1 crore annual salary upon graduation, she declined the offer to pursue her entrepreneurial ambitions. She co-founded Sugar Cosmetics, establishing a significant presence in the Indian beauty industry.

After completing his engineering degree, Peyush Bansal secured a position as a Program Manager at Microsoft in the USA. He worked there for nearly a year before returning to India in 2008 to pursue entrepreneurial ventures, eventually founding Lenskart, a prominent eyewear retail chain.

Born in 1993 in Bissam, Cuttack, Odisha, Ritesh Agarwal exhibited entrepreneurial tendencies from a young age. At 13, he began selling SIM cards in his hometown, showcasing his early interest in business. His passion for the hospitality industry led him to travel across India to understand hotel operations, eventually founding Oravel Stays, which later evolved into OYO Rooms.

Aman Gupta completed his Chartered Accountancy in 2002 at the age of 20, becoming one of the youngest CAs in India. He later co-founded boAt, a leading consumer electronics brand specializing in audio products, where he serves as the Chief Marketing Officer.

Azhar Iqubal co-founded the Facebook page “News in Shorts” in 2013 with his IIT classmates, which later evolved into the Inshorts application. The app provides concise news summaries and has become one of India’s leading news platforms.

After completing her MBA, Namita Thapar began her career as a Business Finance Lead in the Financial Planning Department at Guidant Corporation, a medical device manufacturing company. She later joined Emcure Pharmaceuticals as CFO and is now the Executive Director, playing a crucial role in the company’s growth.

Anupam Mittal faced significant challenges in securing his first job, submitting over 800 applications and attending 65 interviews before landing a position. He later founded Shaadi.com, one of India’s leading matrimonial websites, and has been involved in various other business ventures.
