Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar give a glimpse of son Ruhaan’s 2nd birthday; say ‘He was not keeping well and we were waiting for him to get better’

Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar shared glimpses from their son Ruhaan’s second birthday in their latest vlog, which was marked by love and simple joys. Despite Ruhaan being unwell, the celebration was filled with warmth, thoughtful moments, and family love. The couple shared, “We were waiting for him to get better… but he enjoyed, and that’s what mattered most.”

Ruhaan’s birthday celebrations were put on hold due to his health. Shoaib shared, “After my birthday gets over, we bring in Ruhaan’s birthday. But this time he was not keeping well. We kept the decorations on that whenever he feels better, we will do the cake-cutting.” The love and patience of the parents reflected in every moment.

Holding a plastic knife, little Ruhaan was full of excitement and impatience to cut the cake. Born on June 20, just a day after Shoaib, Ruhaan waited adorably to blow the candles. He entertained everyone with his playful energy and reminded them that joy finds its way, even in the smallest gestures.

Shoaib revealed, “Ruhaan was having fever. He was not feeling well. Once he felt better, we got him dressed but he is not properly dressed.” Despite his health, Ruhaan showed his enthusiasm in small ways, making the delayed celebration all the more meaningful for his loving parents.

The birthday setting included a fun train-themed cake, adorable animal cut-outs, and a “Ruhaan Turns 2” backdrop. During the cake-cutting, Ruhaan shouted “Ajao!” urging his parents to join him. The thoughtful décor added a magical charm to the simple celebration.

Dipika handed Ruhaan a piece of cake to feed others. He hesitated cutely, fearing messy hands, and instead fed everyone using a spoon. The moment captured Ruhaan’s innocent quirks and made everyone smile, proving that joy lies in the little things.

From bikes and e-scooty to clothes, anklets, and silver chains, Ruhaan was showered with gifts. Shoaib shared, “He is happy but still he is fully not his self due to the fever.” Still, he danced, played with cousins, and enjoyed with Shoaib’s sister Saba’s newborn Haider. Ruhaan also tried to put him to sleep.

“We didn’t give him any stress. We just let him feel comfortable. We didn’t even get any pictures with him. We just let him be. We are happy that he got to cut the cake and see all the decorations. We had thought a lot of things but with kids, you plan something but something else happens. But he enjoyed,” the parents said.
