Shraddha Arya mourned the demise of South Indian film actor Jaya Prakash Reddy. The popular Telugu actor
Jaya Prakash Reddy passed away on Tuesday morning (September 8) at his residence in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The 74-year-old breathed his last following a cardiac arrest.
Shraddha, who has been a part of several South Indian films in the past, had got the opportunity to work with the late actor.
The actress worked with him in her first Telugu film Godava. Taking to Instagram, Shraddha wrote, “Had an opportunity to work with him once in Godava (My Telugu debut). Heart breaking.”
Apart from Telugu films, Shraddha has also done other regional films in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Punjabi.
Jaya Prakash Reddy was immensely popular for negative roles with his trademark Rayalaseema dialect and from ‘Kabaddi Kabaddi’ in 2003. However, in recent times, he was known for his comic flair. Some of his memorable performances came in films like Evadi Gola Vaadidhi, Kithakithalu, Ready, Kick, Dhee, Oosaravelli and many more. He was last seen as Prakash Raj’s father in
Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru.
