The Great Indian Kapil Show season 4 kick-started on a grand note with global star Priyanka Chopra Jonas gracing the premiere episode. Ever since then, the show has been welcoming some of the biggest names from Bollywood, sports and South Industry. The latest episode of TGIKS featured the team of 'Gandhi Talk' Vijay Sethupathi, A.R. Rahman, Aditi Rao Hydari aur Siddharth Jadhav. In the episode, AR Rahman was seen indirectly addressing his recent communal remark on Bollywood.
During the episode, the team of Gandhi Talks were seen playing an interesting game which left the audiences in splits of laughter. In the segment, the energy rises when the guests take part in the Headphone Challenge, filling the stage with funny mistakes, wild guesses, and nonstop laughter. However, as soon as the segment came to an end, AR Rahman quickly commented that the game was a perfect exercise to understand how messages get corrupted on the way.
While playing the game, AR Rahman and others found it difficult to understand the lip-sync and this created a laugh riot on the show.
Rahman said, "This is a good exercise to see how information gets misunderstood in life. Right? Different states, different cultures, right? and the problem with the world is this. How certain messages get corrupted on the way. So brilliant."
Aditi added, "It should be like our movie, everybody should quit."
The episode also witnessed a comic moment when Kapil pulled AR Rahman's leg. He joked that when he heard about this film, Rahman sir might have wondered, “Aap thode confuse ho gaye the ki yeh aapko playback singer ke liye sign karna chahte the… ya actor ke liye.”
Rahman smiled and the audience filled in the laughter. Kapil highlighted how Rahman remains calm and composed all the time.
