TV couples who welcomed their first baby after many years of marriage

There are several television couples who welcomed their first babies soon after their marriage while there are others who waited for a long time to embrace parenthood. assi Jaisi Koi Nahin fame Apurva Agnihotri and his wife Shilpa Saklani recently announced the arrival of their little bundle of joy, a baby girl, after 18 years of marriage. Shilpa said, "I always had a dream to get married and become a mother to a little girl. However, we had to wait for 18 years to become parents. We wanted to be parents a long time ago, but it took a while and we are very happy today." Apurva added, "Ishaani was born on October 14 and she is God’s gift to us. For the last 18 years, while we were happy to be just the two of us, at the back of our minds, there was a desire to become parents. After a long journey, our dream has finally come true." Debina Bonnerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary tied the knot in 2011 but it's only after a decade that the couple embraced parenthood. The couple announced their first pregnancy in February this year with a joint post on Instagram captioned as, "To Becoming 3. Choudhary junior coming �� �� Seeking your blessings. �� #parentstobe #gurbina." The year, however, blessed them with another girl child conceived naturally after their first IVF baby. Bade Achhe Lagte Hain fame Nakuul Mehta and Jankee got married in 2012. The couple welcomed their first child after 9 years in February, 2021. Nakuul hand announced the arrival of their little one on Instagram with the captioned, "February 3, 2021. This is ����. Grateful and sleepy in equal measure." Anita Hassanandani and Rohit Reddy became parents to baby boy Aarav in 2021. The two, who had tied the knot in 2013, did not have a baby for more than 6 years. It's only after their participation in 2019 that they decided to go the family way. Anita, who was in her late 30s then, told BT in 2020, "The age-factor did play on my mind. Many people told me that it’s going to be tough, it overwhelms you. But once I conceived naturally, I realised that age is just a number. Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki fame Kratika Sengar and Nikitin Dheer, who tied the knot in September 2014, welcomed their first child this year. They had announced their pregnancy to BT in November 2021. Kritika had said, "Nikitin is on a cloud and I don't even know the number! He is very excited to become a father and I feel extremely blessed and grateful that I will become a mother soon. This is a new phase and our entire family is waiting for the new member. It will be a new phase in our lives because this is our first child.
