Complaint filed against Bigg Boss Kannada 12 winner Gilli Nata by film chamber producer

Bigg Boss Kannada 12 winner Gilli Nata has landed in controversy after a formal complaint was filed against him at the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC) by a Kannada film producer.

According to the complaint, the producer alleged that Gilli Nata failed to participate in promotional activities for a film he had acted in before entering the reality show. The film was released recently, and the producer claimed that despite receiving his agreed remuneration, the actor did not extend support to the film’s promotions.

The producer reportedly stated that multiple attempts were made to reach out to Gilli Nata for promotional events and publicity, but there was no response. It was also alleged that the actor did not share any posts related to the film on his social media platforms, despite his increased popularity after winning Bigg Boss Kannada 12. The lack of promotional support is said to have affected the film’s visibility and outreach.

Following this, the producer approached the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce seeking intervention. The chamber is expected to review the complaint and may summon both parties for clarification before taking any further steps.

Gilli Nata rose to fame after winning Bigg Boss Kannada 12 and has since been receiving several public appearances and professional offers. He has previously acted in a few Kannada films prior to his reality show stint.

As of now, there has been no official response from Gilli Nata regarding the allegations. The matter is currently under consideration by the film chamber.
