Kaiyethum Doorath's Adithyan aka Sajesh says that he is blessed to have some great buddies in life.

"Friendship is one of the most important things in one's life. I am blessed to have a few great friends in my life. People who will always be there for me no matter what. They were there with me during some of my toughest times and they made me this happy man now. My best buddy is Shamil who came into my life during my school days. He is my partner in crime. My friendship day message to all is to cherish your friends and treasure your good friends," he said.

"A friend is like a power bank, when you are low, they just recharge you. My best friend is Karthik. He is special because I feel protected by his friendship," says Bhagyalakshmi actor Jai Dhanush.

"A friend is someone who will stand by you on your best and worst without judging you. You don't have to talk to him every day to strengthen it. An ideal friendship is where you are able to talk to them after months and just start over from you left the conversation. My best buddy is Anoop, who is in my life for the past 20 years. It is a happy thing that our families have also gelled well," says Mrs. Hitler's Arun Raghav.

Mrs. Hitler actress Meghna shared that friendship is one bond that never ends.

"Getting a good friend is a blessing and I am truly lucky that I have one. Fathima, she is my best friend for the last 13 years. We share a blissful bond. She may not be around when I am happy and content in life. But, if at all I go weak, mentally, physically, or professionally, she will always be there to hold me," she said.

Ask Vivek Gopan about his best friends, without a second thought he will say it's his father and his son. "My father was always by my side and he was my first friend. And now I am being the same to my 12-year-old son. My father taught me about life and that made me who I am now. I strongly believe that parents should be kids' best friends," said the Karthikadeepam actor.

"I have two friends and they are in my life since my childhood. Nithya and Sreena. People call us 'Thrimoorthikal'. They know me well. After a busy shooting schedule what helps me unwind is a night ride with them. I love them for stopping me from doing something wrong, no matter whether it gives me happiness," Karthikadeepam's Snisha Chandran said.
