Vidhuraj grabs a playback opportunity from Hesham Abdul Wahab after his golden star in Star Singer

Star Singer contestants are not only grabbing marks in the reality show but also playback opportunities. Even before the grand finale, contestant Vidhuraj has received a playback opportunity from musician Hesham Abdul Wahab.

In the recent episode of Star Singer, the cast and crew of the new movie 'Madhuvidhu' joined the show as guests. Along with actors Sharafudheen and Azeez, music director Hesham Abdul Wahad also entered the music show to enjoy some stunning performances from the contestants. In the move-it with improvisations round, contestant Vidhuraj entered the stage with the evergreen dance number 'Chil Chil Chilamboli' from the Mohanlal movie 'Usthad.' With his impressive improvisations and soothing singing, Vidhuraj just left everyone floored.

After the performance, Hesham was seen praising Vidhu for his exceptional singing.

"Super, I enjoyed your singing a lot. It is not easy to sing this song with such perfection LIVE. It was pitch perfect; you just nailed it. After the show, come to the studio; we have got to record a song," Hesham broke the news to Vidhu.

Along with Hesham, judge and singer KS Chithra also praised Vidhuraj's soulful singing.

"Your improvisations were totally unexpected. You sang so beautifully," the judge shared after declaring 100 marks for the performance.



Vidhuraj is one of the most loved contestants in Star Singer. Recently, in the Do or Die round, Vidhu impressed the viewers with his rendition of 'Sandese Aate Hai' along with Arjun.
