Tula Pahate Re fame Purniemaa Dey is all set to make her comeback with a new show 'Kunya Rajachi Tu G Rani'

Marathi TV show Kunya Rajachi Tu G Rani is all set to launch soon. Actors Harshad Atkari and Sharvari Jog will be playing the lead roles in the show as Kabir and Gunja. Now, actress Purniemaa Dey has been roped into the show, and she will be seen playing the role of Mrinmayee in the show.

The makers of the show shared a promo featuring Purniemaa in the show and captioned it as, "भेटा मृण्मयीला....

Mrinmayee is a professor of Marathi who is in love with Kabir. Mrinmayee is one who doesn't trust anyone quickly, but once she trusts someone, she supports the person till the end.
Talking about the role of Mrinmayee, Purniemaa shared her excitement and said, "I got the role that I was looking for a long time in the form of Mrinmayee. It is a character that is tender in the heart but heartfelt. This character has many shades. She is not at all arrogant about her wealth. But she just wants Kabir to never hide anything from her. Most importantly, Mrinmayee is not evil. As her name suggests, she is soft-spoken. Being a professor of Marathi, she is good at understanding and explaining. My view of this show is also very different. I am really enjoying playing this character. The audience will surely love this character and this series too."
On the work front, Purniemaa was last seen in the show Ratris Khel Chale. She rose to fame with the show Tula Pahate Re.
Interestingly, Kunya Raja Chi G Tu G Rani is the Marathi remake of the popular Hindi TV show Imlie, and it will surely entertain the viewers. The show will launch on July 17.
