Mother's Day 2021: Here's a look at Tamil TV actors and their lesser known moms

There’s no match to mother’s love and not just one day is enough to celebrate the special bonding.

On this special occasion, let's take a look at the lesser known moms of popular Tamil celebs.

Diya Menon is also a popular face on the small screen who is known for hosting shows like Krazy Kanmani and Suda Suda Chennai. Dheepthi and Diya accredits her success in life to mother Sindhu Muralidharan, a homemaker.

Aarthi Ramkumar is identified by her performances in the shows Kaatrukenna Veli, Raaja Paarvai and Nayagi 2, to name a few. Aarthi’s mom Rathinamala Manohar is a BA graduate from a premier institution (PSG Coimbatore) and college topper, too. Rathinamala went on to become an entrepreneur and had set up businesses in various locations. Rathinamala has inspired Aarthi and her sister also to become an entrepreneur and set up their own businesses.

Sahana Sheddy enjoys a significant fan following for her performances in the shows Pagal Nilavu and Azhagu. Sahana's mom Dilruba Bharathi is a musician, too. She is trained in Dilruba and Sitar. Earlier, Bharathi performed in live shows and concerts. Sahana is proud of her mother who raised her as a single parent.
