The grand finale of Bigg Boss Telugu season 6 has concluded crowning Revanth as the winner. Revanth, Adi Reddy, Keerthi, Shrihan and Rohit Sahni have emerged as the finalists of this season after a first-of-its-kind mid-week eviction of Sri Satya on Friday ahead of the finale. The sixth edition of the reality TV series hosted by Nagarjuna Akkineni was launched on September 4 with 21 contestants – Shani Salmon, Abhinaya Sri, Neha Chowdary, Sudeepa aka Pinky, Baladitya, Geetu Royal, Rajsekhar, Faima, Chanti, Revanth, Adi Reddy, Keerthi, Shrihan, Sri Satya, Inaya Sultana, RJ Surya, Vasanthi Krishnan, Arjun Kalyan, Aarohi Rao and Rohit Sahni-Marina Abraham - entering the house on the premiere day. The season opened the gates for a commoner contestant after nearly five seasons. BB reviewer Adi Reddy entered the house as the commonet contestant. Rohit-Marina was the second celeb couple after Varun Sandesh-Vithika Sheru to take part in the TV series. The show that ran for nearly 104 days tried to entertain the viewers with its share of highs and lows. The grand finale is expected to feature some special appearances by Raviteja and others besides some special performances by the ex contestants and BB Jodi couples. In a dramatic twist, Shrihan accepted the golden briefcase with Rs. 40lakhs offer and hence Revanth was declared the winner. Revanth won the trophy, prize money of Rs. 10 lakhs along with a plot worth Rs. 25 lakhs and a brand new car.
