The year 2020 has been plagued by COVID-19 in many ways but that didn't stop mankind from moving on in life and trying to stay positive and have fun. From pandemic wedding to housewarmings, here's a look at celebrities who have entered a new phase in life.

Comedian Mahesh, who shot to fame with Jabardasth, got married to Pavani on May 14 in Sivakodu village, Andhra Pradesh amidst lockdown. While the government requested the public to conduct weddings with just 20-30 people, Mahesh's wedding reportedly had more than 30 guests in attendance.

Siva Jyothi of BB Telugu 3 fame started 2020 on a bright note stepping into a new house. Her housewarming ceremony was attended by her ex-colleague Bithiri Sathi, Bigg Boss 3 BFFs Varun Sandesh, Vithika Sheru, Ali Reza, Ravi Krishna, Shilpa Chakravarthy, Himaja Reddy, and Rahul Sipligunj and others.

Avinash, who recently got close to the telly audience with Bigg Boss Telugu season 4, owned a new house in February, 2020. He shared what his new house meant to him and the hardships behind it on Bigg Boss as well.

Ali Reza has fulfilled one of his biggest wishes - stepping into his new abode - in June, 2020. He has worked on this despite being stuck in for months together due to lockdown.

Famed actor-producer-TV personality Rana Daggubati got hitched to Miheeka Bajaj on August 8 and it was one of the most anticipated pandemic weddings of the year which was attended by immediate family members including Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Akkineni.

Chandu Gowda, who is currently seen playing the lead in Trinayani, married his girlfriend of four years on October 29 in an intimate wedding ceremony in Bengaluru. Interestingly, his Trinayani co-star Ashika also got engaged within a month.

BB Telugu 2 fame Samrat Reddy found love again in Anjana Sri Likitha with whom he tied knot on November 4 in Hyderabad. His wedding was attended by former BB contestants and close friends.

Trinayani actress Ashika Padukone got engaged to Bangalore-based techie and entrepreneur Chetan Shetty on November 23. It was an intimate affair with just family members and very few friends from the industry in attendance.

The last month of the year saw popular playback singer-dubbing artist and TV personality Sunitha Upadrasta announcing her wedding. She has found love again in Ram Veerapaneni, a businessman. Sunitha took to her social networking handle to share a few pictures with her family from her intimate engagement ceremony and seek the blessings of fans.

Popular TV actors Priyanka Naidu and Madhubabu got hitched on December 27 (Sunday) in an intimate wedding. Photos and videos of her big day are doing the rounds on social media while colleagues and friends from the industry like Prabhakar, Sujitha Dhanush, Mahi Sivan and others are congratulating the newlyweds. Priyanka first opened up about marriage and her 'Mr. Right' Madhubabu aka Saketh in June.
