The popular TV actress Sona Heiden quit her daily soap, Maari. Sona Heiden shared the news on her Instagram story and wrote, "Hello everyone wanted to inform you all that I officially quit the Maari serial. Thank you for giving me Thara in the Maari serial. See you all on another project. Thank you."

Actress Archana recently quit the TV show Meenakshi Ponnunga midway which created a lot of buzz on social media. Archana is a well-known face in the film industry. She made her acting debut in the Tamil film 'Thai Ponggal (1980).' The actress has appeared in many critically acclaimed movies like Thunive Thozhan, Kadhal Oviyam, and Vasanthame Varuga. No reason was cited by her.

Actress Sherin Janu officially announced her exit from the popular show Ponni c/o Rani. She shared an Instagram story and announced, "Yes! Officially, I have quit the Ponni C/O Rani serial. I have some personal things to do that is why I am quitting the show and definitely miss everyone on the set. Thank you so much everyone for supporting me all the way." Sherin Janu is a popular face on Tamil TV and has also acted in various serials like Laxmi Stores, Thirumanam, and Koottali.

Debjani Modaj, who is known for her chirpy personality, recently quit the popular TV show Vaanathai Pola.’ Debjani shared the news on her social media handle. The actress on her social media handle wrote, “Thank you dear team for treating me well. I met a few people who are very close to my heart now and they are my well-wishers. Definitely will miss working with you Shreekumar, Maanya Anand, Shwetha Khelge, and Chandini Prakash. But I will see you again. I'm happy to earn your friendship. Nithin Krish Iyer is a popular actor in the Tamil telly-industry. The actor recently quit the popular daily soap 'Sevvanthi’ midway. Sharing the reason behind his exit from the show, Nithin on his Instagram handle shared, “Hello everyone. With a heavy heart, I will be stepping down as ‘Karthick’ from the Sevvanthi serial. Honestly being one of the lead characters, I was promised I, never got a chance to showcase my performance and skills as an actor. I never got to work for more than 2-3 days a month. Never got any sort of promotions nor was I invited for any reality shows. I felt like an outsider. This took a toll on me financially and I did not see any sort of progress or growth career-wise. With that being said, I did get to work with some really amazing artists and the production really did take good care of me. I would like to thank the production & wish the team the best of luck for their future episodes. What next? Two major project announcements are coming up."
