Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame actress Nehal Vadoliya was earlier in the news for accusing Gujarati actor
Karan Joshi for sending inappropriate messaged to her. However, Karan denied the allegation to her by claiming that his Instagram account was hacked. Now, Nehal has shared a new video on her social media and asked Karan Joshi to provide proof to support his claim that his Instagram account was actually hacked.
Nehal took to her Instagram account and posted a video. She captioned the video as, "Know what the real truth was, with proof as well. Now, you decide who was right and who was wrong. Was it really hacked, or was it just a drama to save themselves?"
In the video, Nehal raised many questions and also showed all her chats with Karan. She went on to point out that their chat on Instagram did not have disappearing messages. She showed screenshots of her January 27, 2026 chat with Karan's friend and dismissed Karan Joshi’s claim that his Instagram account was hacked. The actress further asked him to show proof and share screenshots if similar inappropriate messages had been sent to anyone else besides her.
The controversy started after Nehal accused Karan of sending inappropriate messages to her on Instagram in January 2026.
Back then she posted videos and screenshots on social media. She shared screenshots and videos on social media, claiming that Karan first blamed the chats on a friend and later said his Instagram account had been hacked.
She also alleged that Karan Joshi, along with a producer, director, and a few mutual friends, put pressure on her to remove the posts and not speak publicly about the matter.
Reacting to the allegations, Karan denied everything and said his account was hacked during the promotions of his film Laalo. He also mentioned that the issue had already been sorted privately through a group call and added that the controversy had emotionally affected him and his family. So far, neither side has reportedly filed a police complaint.
