Russia's foreign ministry said on March 13 that it had summoned the British and French ambassadors in Moscow over a Ukrainian attack on the city of Bryansk allegedly using British-supplied Storm Shadow missiles. The ministry said it did so to “lodge a strong protest" over the attack that took place on March 10. It claimed that the strike "would not have been possible without the involvement of British and French specialists." Watch the video for more details.
