On cam: Former Congress MLA Asif Khan misbehaves with cops, arrested

Former Congress MLA Asif Mohammad Khan has been arrested by Delhi Police for assaulting and misbehaving with cops. According to police, the former Congress MLA allegedly "abused" a police officer in the Shaheen Bagh area when he was questioned for holding a gathering without permission from the State Election Commission. The accused was addressing a gathering of about 20-30 people in front of Taiyyab Masjid.
