Kerala gold smuggling case: ED moves SC for cancellation of M Shivshankar’s bail

In a big development in the Kerala gold smuggling case, the Enforcement Directorate moved Supreme Court for cancellation of bail granted to M Shivshankar, former Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. ED alleges that Shivshankar has been influencing other accused, witnesses and is using state machinery to fabricate false evidence against investigating officers.
