Meerut Municipal Corporation starts spraying water on roads with anti-smog water tanks to fight pollution

In view of the alarming level of Air Quality Index, Meerut Municipal Corporation has started spraying water on roads with anti-smog water tanks. “We've started spraying water on roads to reduce the air pollution. 16 tankers have been deployed to spray water across district. We've also procured anti-smog guns. Action will be taken against those burning garbage,” said Meerut Municipal Commissioner Manish Bansal on November 16.
