Maharashtra: Bar owner performs ‘aarti’ of Minister's photo as govt lifts liquor ban in Chandrapur

An owner of a bar and restaurant in Maharashtra’s Chandrapur performed ‘aarti’ of a photo of district’s Guardian Minister Vijay Wadettiwar, as the six-year-old liquor ban was lifted by the state government last week. The bar owner Ganesh said “For us he is God. Whoever helps us earn a livelihood, is our God.”
