Mumbai: Shiv Sainiks pay tributes to Balasaheb Thackeray on his death anniversary

Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray had passed away on 17 November 2012. Today, on the occasion of his 10th death anniversary, Shiv Sainiks from across Maharashtra are visiting the Balasaheb memorial at Shivaji Park to pay homage to the Shiv Sena founder. It may be recalled that earlier this year, Shiv Sena split into two factions. Leaders of the Eknath Shinde faction paid homage to Balasaheb a day earlier, so as to avoid confrontation with supporters of the Uddhav Thackeray faction.
