BJP leader Ram Kadam now demanded that Imtiaz Khatri's alleged role in the drug mafia-Bollywood nexus needs to be thoroughly probed. A few days ago, Ram Kadam claimed that Maharashtra government was saving Imtiaz Khatri. According to the CBI investigations, a WhatsApp group was made for drugs in which Shruti Modi and Sushant both were a member. Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his Mumbai home on June 14. On August 19, the Supreme Court allowed the CBI to take control of the case. A Special Investigation Team of the CBI is probing the case in Mumbai. Apart from the CBI, the Enforcement Directorate and the Narcotics Control Bureau are carrying out separate investigations.
