Doubling down online and while speaking to reporters, Trump ignited a global debate with a fiery post on Truth Social, writing, “Pope Leo is WEAK on Crime, and terrible for Foreign Policy.” He further added, “I like his brother Louis much better than I like him, because Louis is all MAGA. He gets it, and Leo doesn’t.” The extraordinary remarks have intensified tensions between Washington and the Vatican, fueling widespread reactions across the globe.
