‘Big year for Indian sports’: Anju Bobby George over Asian Games, championship line-up

With many International games like Asian Championship and Asian games lined up for this year, Athletics Federation of India Vice President Anju Bobby George on March 05 in Kolkata called it a hectic and big year for the Indian athletes and sports. She also expressed her confidence and excitement over the performances of the players in the coming games and also appreciated the aid that the athletes are getting from the Government for their training. “This is a hectic year for athletes with many competitions. We all are looking forward to Asian Games. Everyone is confident about their performances. Government is also helping and putting efforts. This is going to be a big year for Indian sports,” Anju Bobby George said.
