BSES discoms move SC against NTPC

Reliance Infrastructure-owned power distribution companies, BSES Rajdhani (BRPL) and BSES Yamuna (BYPL), approached the Supreme Court against power generator NTPC's ultimatum of cutting their power supply next week on grounds of payment default, setting the stage for a long-drawn legal tussle.
