The new price in Delhi now stands at ₹3,071.50, while domestic LPG rates remain unchanged. The Congress has attacked the government, calling Prime Minister Narendra Modi “Inflation Man” and alleging a pattern of post-election price hikes. The surge is linked to global tensions, including the West Asia conflict and disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz.
