Dominican court stays deportation after Choksi claims 'abduction'

Mehul Choksi’s lawyers have got the country’s high court pass an order restraining the government to repatriate the Indian back to Antigua. Four lawyers -- Wayne Norde, Wayne Marsh, Cara Shillingford-Marsh, and Julian Prevost – represented Choksi in the court on Thursday. Befor this Choksi's lawyers claimed that the fugitive businessman had been abducted.
