Geneva: Bangladeshi activists unite to protest against religious extremism associated with the BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami

In Geneva, a collective of Bangladeshi political activists residing in Europe came together at the Broken Chair to denounce religious extremism and acts of terrorism associated with the BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami in Bangladesh. Their demonstration and banner campaign coincided with the 54th Session of the UN Human Rights Council. The event was coordinated by the Forum for Secular Bangladesh under the banner of 'Zero Tolerance against Extremism and Terrorism in Bangladesh.' European Freedom Fighters Associations Bangladesh and Switzerland Chapter of Bangladesh also joined them.
