Israel is increasingly confronting a multi-front conflict, with simultaneous pressure emerging from Lebanon, Iran, and Yemen each activating a different axis of engagement and collectively stretching the country’s defence systems. From the north, Hezbollah continues to maintain sustained pressure along the Lebanon border, with intermittent rocket fire triggering sirens across Israeli communities. The ongoing exchanges have already led to Israeli strikes deep into Lebanese territory, reinforcing a cycle of escalation. At the same time, central Israel has come under repeated missile attacks from Iran, with some strikes impacting urban areas and causing structural damage. Reports suggest the use of saturation tactics and cluster-type munitions, aimed at overwhelming Israel’s layered air defence network rather than targeting isolated objectives. The southern front has also intensified, with drones launched from Yemen toward Eilat and surrounding regions. While several were intercepted, others reportedly failed mid-flight, highlighting the expanding geographical scope of the conflict. Taken together, these developments point to a coordinated pressure strategy in effect, if not in timing.
