A viral video showing Vishal Agarwal, father of the minor accused in the Pune Porsche accident case, attending a lavish party with his wife wearing a garland of currency notes has triggered fresh outrage on social media. The clip has been widely shared, with users questioning the display of wealth and timing of the celebration while the legal case remains under trial.The incident relates to the May 19, 2024 crash in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar, where a Porsche allegedly driven by a 17-year-old under the influence of alcohol hit a motorcycle, killing two young IT professionals — Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta.The case has already seen multiple serious allegations, including claims of evidence tampering, blood sample manipulation, and allowing the minor access to alcohol and the vehicle. Vishal Agarwal was arrested in connection with the case and later granted bail by the Supreme Court in March 2026 after nearly 22 months in custody.The resurfaced video has now reignited public anger, with many calling it insensitive and reflective of privilege and influence, further intensifying debate around accountability and justice in high-profile criminal cases.
