Congress in Uttar Pradesh issued a legal notice to Union Minister Smriti Irani over her "false and malicious" allegation that Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust has grabbed land of farmers in Amethi, the Lok Sabha constituency of Rahul Gandhi.
