Rashtrapati Bhavan and Parliament building was illuminated with multiple lights on the eve of Diwali on Oct 23. Diwali is popularly known as the festival of light and, is celebrated nationwide with great fervour and enthusiasm. On this occasion, people perform puja, observe rituals, decorate their homes with diyas, rangoli and lights.
