SC bats for Hadiya's marriage, but says NIA can probe her husband's alleged terror links

During hearing in the Kerala love-jihad case, the Supreme Court observed that the High Court can't annul a marriage if neither party has complained. However, it said that the NIA is free to probe Shafin Jahan's allged terror links without getting into his marriage to Hadiya.
