Teacher strips 2 girl students for scoring poor marks

Two girls, students of class VI in a school at Landaura, 8 km from Roorkee, were stripped by their teacher in class as punishment after they scored low marks in their English exam. Uttarakhand police have registered a case against the school teacher under section 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the IPC.
