Your dog, goat and cow now have 'human' rights

The Uttarakhand High Court declared that all members of the animal kingdom, including birds and aquatic life are legal entities. They have similar human rights, duties and liabilities. The court directed establishment of hospitals for treatment and care of animals. It also banned the use of sharp equipment while tackling animals.
