Real Madrid dominates Best FIFA Awards 2017

Spanish football club Real Madrid dominated the 2017 Best Fifa football awards, with Cristiano Ronaldo winning the FIFA Best Men’s Player of the Year 2017 award. Real Madrid had won both La Liga and the Champions League last season. Ronaldo saw off competition from longstanding Barcelona rival Lionel Messi and Paris Saint-Germain's Neymar to win his fifth award. Ronaldo has now won the last 2 FIFA men's trophies as well as 3 of the last 4 Ballon D'Or awards. Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane won the manager of the year award.
