Delhiites woke up to a pleasant morning on Monday with the minimum temperature settling at 19.6 degrees Celsius, six notches below the season's average.
Waterlogging in certain places caused traffic to come to a standstill in areas such as Noida and Delhi, as well as ITO and other stretches. Commuters experienced traffic snarls in areas including Jhandewalan Mandir, Paschim Vihar, Rohini and south Delhi.
