Pizza shop owner, Josh Elchert distributed a day's benefit among its workers in Ohio

The owner of Heavenly Pizza in Findlay, Ohio gave a whole day's benefits to his workers in order express his gratitude and thank them. In a Facebook video on the "Worker Appreciation Day" on July 5, the owner, Josh Elchert, encouraged and requested people to purchase pizzas and guaranteed them that “none of the money is coming back to the pizza shop” on that day.
"Each penny, every one of the tips, every one of the orders, anything that comes in today, is going straightforwardly to our representatives that work today," he added.
This initiative taken by Mr Josh Elchert was appreciated by several social media users. They not only appreciated Mr. Josh but also the food served.

“Josh you are the best” commented a Facebook user, Linne Gilbert. Barbara Deitrick, another Facebook user commented, “I ordered about a week ago and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had.”
Mr Elchert has been running the shop for a very long time and on an ordinary Monday, the shop takes into account around 100 orders. Notwithstanding, on July 5, there were 220 orders. The shop shared that it had gotten $6,300 (about ₹ 4.69 lakh) in deals and $1,200 (about ₹ 89,000) in tips, which will be split between its workers. It expressed gratitude toward every one of its clients.
