'Bridgerton' Season 4 Part 2 teaser trailer: Benedict Bridgerton and Sophie Baek are torn between love and class; Anthony and Kate return

The teaser trailer for 'Bridgerton' Season 4, Part 2, is here and it offers a glimpse into the mounting emotional stakes for Benedict Bridgerton, the mysterious Lady in Silver and Sophie, who have both captured his heart.

The fourth season has been split into two parts, with viewers having to wait a few weeks before the next few episodes premiere on February 26.

About 'Bridegerton' season 4

Season 4 places the spotlight on Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson), after increasing pressure from his mother and high society pushes him towards the prospect of marriage. His journey in love begins at a masquerade ball where he encounters the mysterious Lady in Silver, portrayed by Yerin Ha. The woman is later revealed to be Sophie Baek, the illegitimate daughter of an earl.

Armed with nothing but a single white glove from the masquerade, Benedict becomes determined to uncover the Lady in Silver’s identity, all while falling for the Bridgerton household's new maid, Sophie. The pair grow closer, sharing moments of intense attraction, steamy passion and emotional vulnerability. However, their relationship remains in the shadows, owing to their different classes in a rigid society. However, everything takes a turn at the end of Part 1 when Benedict asks Sophie to become his mistress.

The newly released Part 2 trailer leans heavily into the unresolved conflict between the two, tasing longing and emotional turmoil as Benedict continues to pursue Sophie. At the same time, she remains resolute in keeping her distance from a man unwilling, or unable to offer her more than a secret arrangement.

“I cannot love a maid, and yet, you have taken possession of me,” Benedict says in a confession.

The trailer also hints at Sophie planning her departure from the Bridgerton household, prompting Violet Bridgerton to re-examine her son’s choices and emotional life, even as she begins to reflect on the possibility of romance for herself.Fans were also teased with the return of Anthony and Kate Bridgerton, who rejoin the family after a stay in India, where they have been raising their baby.
