Reckless Ben says he cannot release the third part of his Bricks & Minifigs investigation because of an ongoing lawsuit that could put him at legal risk. In a video posted on June 9, 2026, the YouTuber told viewers that the episode is finished, but releasing it could lead to serious consequences, including jail time and financial losses connected to the legal case. His comments are the latest development in a dispute that began with allegations involving LEGO sets consigned by the Mansell family to a Bricks & Minifigs franchise store in Oregon.
Over the past year, Ben “Reckless Ben” Schneider has publicly supported the Mansell family and documented the case through a series of videos. What started as a dispute involving a local franchise later expanded into a wider legal battle involving former Oregon franchise owner Joshua Johnson and Bricks & Minifigs CEO Ammon McNeff. Ben has previously said that his involvement led to police action, searches, and court proceedings. Now, he says the lawsuit has reached a point where he can no longer discuss certain parts of the case publicly.
Reckless Ben explains why part 3 of Bricks & Minifigs investigation may never be released
In the video titled
bad news, Reckless Ben said the third episode took a major personal toll to complete but cannot be published because of legal restrictions.
“Episode three is finally finished after crazy all-nighters and basically destroying my health. But I can’t post it, or I will go to jail. And not only that, but I will also immediately lose my lawsuit of $300,000, and the GoFundMe we made for Bryan will go straight to this mystery company that I am no longer allowed to talk about.”
He also explained that he has been advised not to mention Bricks & Minifigs because of the ongoing court matter. According to Ben, ignoring that restriction could affect not only him but also the people working with him.
The YouTuber further described the situation as unfair. He claimed the court was told that he made bomb threats and threatened employees, allegations he strongly denied.
“My personal opinion is that this is unfair because this order was put on me because this company was telling the court that I was making bomb threats. I was planning on murdering the manager and employees, which obviously I didn’t do, and you can see that in the footage.”
Ben ended the video by saying he never had the opportunity to fully present his side before the court made its decision. Meanwhile, Bricks & Minifigs recently announced the permanent closure of its Salem, Oregon, store, citing what it called a devastating social media campaign.
