Aishwarya Rai Bachchan plays an important role in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'

Since last night, internet was in a frenzy when reports of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan having a cameo in Karan Johar's 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' surfaced. The movie, which is currently in its last leg, also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in the lead. But according to a few sources close to the production house, Aishwarya had shot for a good 35-40 days and plays a crucial and a pivotal role in the film. The official spokesperson of Dharma Productions also clarified the rumours, calling it the most unusual role Ash has ever played. The film is directed by Karan Johar and produced by Dharma Productions and is all set to release on Diwali 2016. WATCH:
