Kangana Ranaut brings home Range Rover luxury SUV with Rs 3 Cr: What’s special about it
Bollywood actress and Member of the Lok Sabha Kangana Ranaut has bought a new Range Rover luxury SUV worth Rs 3 crores. Pictures of the actress were shared on Instagram posing with her new car and holding an aarti thali to perform a puja for the vehicle. Kangana Ranaut also owns other luxury cars such as Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600, Mercedes-Maybach S680, Mercedes-Benz GLE, BMW 7 Series, Audi Q3 and much more.
The Range Rover SUV is quite a popular SUV among film actors and politicians. We are not sure about the variant the actress has opted for, however, the top-spec variant after taxes will cost more than Rs 3 crores. Actors who own this SUV are Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Sonam Kapoor, Shahrukh Khan, Aditya Roy Kapoor and many more.
The luxury SUV gets three engine options - a 3.3-litre, six-cylinder petrol that puts out 400hp of power and 550Nm of torque, a 3.0-litre, six-cylinder diesel that puts out 350hp and 700Nm of torque. The third engine option is the 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine which puts out 530hp of power and 750Nm of torque. All engines comes paired with 8-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox which sends power to all-four wheels.
In terms of features, the SUV gets 13.1-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system with Land Rover’s Pivi Pro operating system, 13.7-inch digital instrument cluster, a 35-speaker, 1,600W Meridian Signature Sound System with active noise cancellation, all-wheel-steering, 11.4-inch rear entertainment touchscreens, Terrain Response 2 system with six driving modes, 'Digital LED' headlights, panoramic sunroof, heated and ventilated seats, massaging seats, cabin air purifier, 3D Surround Camera system and much more.
Recently Range Rover launched Range Rover SV Ranthambore edition luxury SUV which is limited to just 12 units and is priced at Rs 4.98 crores (ex-showroom). The Range Rover SV Ranthambore edition features a bespoke deep black body colour with a red shimmering effect and Range Rover says it is an ode to the majestic colours of the tiger. Inside, it gets Bespoke luxury and craftsmanship treatment with a combination of Caraway and light Perlino semi-aniline leather with contrast stitching, and the artistic embroidery on the seats is inspired by the dynamic motif of the stripes on the spine of the tiger.
