Skoda Kushaq facelift: Variant-wise features with price explained
Skoda Auto India recently launched the new Skoda Kushaq facelift SUV in the Indian market, priced from Rs 10.69 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested customers can book the SUV online or visit their nearest dealership. Deliveries are expected to begin soon. The SUV continues to compete with the VW Taigun, Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta, Tata Sierra and Maruti Suzuki Victoris. it continues to offer two engine options: a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, turbo petrol with 115 hp and 175 nm of torque. Another engine is a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, turbo diesel with 150 hp and 250 nm. Gearbox options include only a 7-speed DSG for the 1.5. The smaller 1.0-litre gets a 6-speed manual, along with a new 8-speed torque converter auto, which replaces the 6-speed torque converter auto.
The new Kushaq is offered in five variants: Classic Plus, Signature, Sportline, Prestige, and Monte Carlo. In this article, let’s take a look at variant-wise features with price.
Classic Plus 1.0-litre

Skoda has equipped entry-level Classic Plus variant generously, the SUV gets a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wired Android Auto and Apple CarPlay via USB-A, six speakers, an analogue instrument cluster with a monochrome MID, single-pane sunroof, automatic climate control with air purifier and rear vents, paddle shifters and cruise control (AT only), automatic LED headlights, LED DRLs, front LED fog lamps with cornering function (AT only), powered ORVMs with LED indicators, LED taillights, 16-inch alloy wheels, black roof rails with 50kg capacity, a roof-mounted spoiler, boot lamp, 12V front charging socket, black and Greige fabric upholstery, front scuff plates with ‘Kushaq’ branding, a leatherette-wrapped steering wheel and gear lever (AT only), tilt and telescopic steering adjustment, four power windows, a sliding front armrest with storage, six airbags, rear parking sensors, rain-sensing wipers, rear wiper and defogger, auto-dimming IRVM, anti-glare ORVM, hill hold assist (AT only), and safety systems including ESC, ABS, EBD, TCS, brake disc wiping, 3-point seatbelts with reminders for all passengers, and ISOFIX child seat mounts.
Signature 1.0-litre Rs 14.59 lakh (MT), Rs 15.59 lakh (AT)
Next comes in Signature, it gets an 8-inch digital driver’s display, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 15W wireless charger, USB-C ports for front and rear passengers, cruise control and LED fog lamps with cornering function (both MT and AT), an illuminated front grille light band and rear LED light bar with ‘Skoda’ lettering, rear fog lamp, 17-inch alloy wheels, TPMS, rear parking camera with static guidelines, front and rear parking sensors, hill-hold assist, keyless entry, electrically folding ORVMs, a black and beige cabin, cooled glovebox, seat back pockets, 60:40 split rear seats, rear parcel shelf, centre armrest with cupholder, one-touch driver window, leatherette-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, and dual-tone ambient lighting.
Sportline 1.0-litre
Rs 14.74 lakh (MT), Rs 15.74 lakh (AT)
The Sportline trim features 17-inch blacked out alloy wheels, an all-black cabin theme, gloss black trunk garnish and aluminium pedals.
Prestige (1.0-litre and 1.5-litre)Rs 16.79 lakh (MT), Rs 17.59 lakh (AT) and Rs 18.79 lakh (1.5 DSG)
The top-spec Prestige trim features a panoramic sunroof, powered and ventilated front seats, rear-seat massage function, a 6-speaker Skoda sound system with subwoofer and amplifier, anti-theft alarm, footwell illumination, chrome exterior accents, a black and beige cabin with beige leatherette upholstery, leatherette finishes on the doors and front centre armrests, and chrome detailing on the dashboard, handbrake and gear lever surround.
Monte Carlo (1.0-litre and 1.5-litre)
Rs 17.89 lakh (1.0 AT) and Rs 18.99 lakh (1.5 DSG)
The much sportier Monte Carlo features 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, dark chrome door handles, red grille accents, red brake callipers (1.5 TSI only), ‘Monte Carlo’ badging on the grille and fenders, a black cabin with red trims, red stitching across the steering wheel, seats and armrests, ‘Monte Carlo’ scuff plates, and a red-themed driver’s display and infotainment system.
